Hotel Heating Hire, Luton Hotel - Hot Water, 250kW Boiler Hire
A failure in the main boiler at this 200-bedroom prestigious hotel left guests without hot water. The challenge was to quickly assess the requirement and provide a rapid temporary solution to ensure service was restored as soon as possible while repairs were carried out on the existing boiler or a replacement installed.
What Did We Do?
Carrier Rental Systems attended site the same day following the emergency call-out and recommended a solution with capacity to meet the needs of guests and staff while the breakdown in the main boiler was fully assessed. The solution was agreed, and the equipment transported to site and installed the same day.
How Did We Do It?
We provided a CRS 250 high performance, high efficiency boiler with all necessary ancillaries as part of a complete turnkey solution to meet the temporary hot water requirement.
Equipment was on site, installed, piped up to the existing hot water services, and up and running on the same day we received the emergency call-out.

The Results
Hot water production was restored just a few hours after CRS received the initial call-out, minimising disruption to hotel guests and staff, and safeguarding the hotel’s ongoing business operations.
Following the rapid and successful resolution of the issue, CRS anticipates being appointed as the preferred supplier for temporary temperature control solutions by the national hotel chain.
