Carrier Completes Acquisition of Intercool, Authorized Distributor of Toshiba HVAC products in Benelux
Carrier, a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Intercool, the authorized distributor of Toshiba HVAC products in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg since 1973.
The acquisition strengthens Carrier’s presence in the residential and light commercial HVAC markets across the Benelux region. By bringing Intercool into Carrier, the company aims to further grow the Toshiba HVAC business while expanding its ability to serve customers with a broader portfolio of solutions and enhanced regional expertise.
Intercool brings a dedicated team of 42 employees across the Netherlands and Belgium and strong expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC solutions. The acquisition supports Carrier’s strategy to further grow the Toshiba HVAC business in the Benelux region while strengthening its multi-brand approach and expanding its reach with installers and customers.

Intercool will continue to operate as a dedicated sales organization within Carrier Climate Solutions Europe, supporting the development of Toshiba HVAC solutions in the Benelux market.
