Ventilation unit with heat recovery

The units are intended to provide ventilation with recovery of the energy in the expelled air and with filtration of normal quality air. Depending on the composition it could include air heating and/or cooling with or without control valves, options for defrosting, or different filters including carbon filters.

39CS range is suitable for installation in service sector spaces such as: cafes, offices, restaurants, meeting rooms, shops, school buildings, gyms, homes for the elderly, low energy buildings, and in general facilities where it is important to ensure proper air ventilation and minimise energy consumption.

Features & Benefits

The aluminium plate heat exchanger operates in counterflow mode, making it possible to maintain a nearly constant temperature gradient between the supply and return flows, thus guaranteeing a very high exchange efficiency. Proper air ventilation is guaranteed by means of two ventilation sections with directly coupled motors of BLDC (BrushLess Direct Current) type with built-in inverter.

39CS is built with rock wool fill and a thermal insulation profile. The rock wool insulation guarantees the reduction of heat losses generating more energy gains.

39CS is built with rock wool fill and a thermal insulation profile. The rock wool insulation guarantees the highest degree of reaction to fire (fire retardant) and excellent sound insulation.

39CS series come pre-wired, pre-configured & pre-parametrised from the factory. It can be easily connected to the building's HVAC network without the need for extensive on-site assembly. This plug & play concepts provides the installer as well as the building owner with labor cost & time savings.

All the infill panels of the heat recovery unit are removable for routine and extraordinary maintenance operations. It is possible to inspect the unit from below, which is advantageous in the case of false ceiling applications where the reduced spaces may not guarantee easy side access to the fans, filters, and heat recovery unit. In the case of floor installation, access will also be possible from the top.
